Mr. Ogren stated there is a commercial lot between this lot and the residential area. Chairman Cherry stated there is a noise ordinance in place. Chairman Cherry closed the public hearing. Mayor Fuller made a motion to grant conditional use approval with staff recommendations. Mr. Hilyer seconded the motion. Lucinda Cannon stated the elevation sheets show something different than what was discussed.
